TOS/Terms of ServiceBy commissioning me, the Client has read and agreed to the following...â–ª Please pay upfront. Payment may be split half/half if cost of over $50 when asked.â–ª Please send payment within 24 hours. If not, commission is cancelled.â–ª Cannot cancel commissions; there will be no refunds unless known to be unable to complete.â–ª Commission prices may change due to complexity of the character or what is requested. Asking for a quote is always welcomed.â–ª Artist have the right to cancel the commission when encountering disrespect and/or uncomfortable situations. An instant drop of current work will be delivered.â–ª Please do not claim the art as Client's own.â–ª Please do not use the art to advertise.â–ª Please do not remove the name or watermark.â–ª Please do give credit where it is needed, @XyKoNoXâ–ª Artist have the right to post commissioned piece on social media/gallery. Can ask to not be posted.â–ª Progress photos are given and Artist will need a reply to continue working. If there is no reply on the work in progress, Artist will wait for three days before continuing.â–ª Small changes can be fixed a minimum of 2x after receiving the finished piece. Any more changes or big one will have a fee.â–ª Badges are laminated and will come with a tracking number via USPS. I am not responsible for any lost or damaged items once they leave my possession.â–ª Please give a minimum of two weeks to one month for completion as I mostly work on weekends.
